Yeahhhh today all kinds of great stuff came out again at Whimsy Stamps. Included in this month's digital release are a whole bunch of very cool new digital stamps. I chose Mad Scientist Tobie from Some Odd Girl for the month. I colored Tobie with Copic Markers. To make this card I used the Dies Observation Deck. I only used the outer frame of the Dies. The background paper I used it Taffy.
